Tickets

Student

If you are currently enrolled as a full-time student or if you are currently without regular income. This ticket does not cover our costs for the conference, but we’ll be able to provide it to you thanks to other people paying more for their ticket than the minimal price.

Individual

If you are paying your ticket from your personal money and are not being reimbursed by your employer.

If your employer is paying for the ticket or reimbursing you for your conference expenses.

T-shirt

The t-shirts will be from organic materials and you will be able to select your design later on (we will contact you later for your t-shirt(s) specifications). To avoid producing t-shirts in excess, we will just produce enough t-shirts to fullfill the orders that we receive. Therefore, we will have two distinct orders:
- T-shirts purchased until August 15 will be provided during the check-in at the venue: €25
- T-shirts purchased after August 15 and up until September 30 will be mailed to you after the conference: €30 (inc. international shipping)
